Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Let’s Clean (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We provide:
• Domestic cleaning
• Weekly and fortnightly cleaning services
• End of tenancy cleaning
• Move in / move out cleaning
• After build cleaning
• Commercial & office cleaning
Service details, scope and pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to booking.
3. Quotations
• Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.
• If property size or condition differs materially from that described, we reserve the right to revise pricing before continuing work.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Booking & Payment
• A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing.
• Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• For regular services, payment terms will be agreed in advance.
• Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw services where payment is overdue.
5. Cancellation Policy
One-Off Services
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur up to 50% of the agreed fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 100% of the agreed fee.
Regular Weekly / Fortnightly Services
• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel ongoing services.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice for a scheduled visit may result in the full fee being charged.
• If access is unavailable at the agreed time, the full fee may apply.
We reserve the right to terminate regular services with reasonable notice.
6. Deposit Policy
Let’s Clean does not normally require deposits.
For larger projects (including commercial or extensive after build works), a booking confirmation fee may be requested and agreed in writing.
Cancellation charges may still apply even where no deposit has been taken.
7. Access & Property Conditions
Customers must:
• Provide safe access
• Ensure electricity and running water are available
• Secure pets appropriately
• Remove fragile or valuable items
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work where health and safety risks are identified.
Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, hazardous conditions or work beyond agreed scope.
8. Parking
Reasonable parking access must be available.
If free parking is not available in close proximity to the property, parking charges (including permits or paid parking) will be added to the final invoice.
9. Key Holding
Where keys are provided:
• Keys are stored securely
• Reasonable care is taken
• Keys remain the property of the client
We are not liable for security failures, faulty locks, alarm malfunctions or issues outside our reasonable control.
10. Re-Clean Guarantee
For end of tenancy cleaning, we offer a 7-day re-clean guarantee for cleaning-related issues provided:
• Notification is received within 7 days
• The issue falls within agreed service scope
• No third-party cleaning has taken place
We do not guarantee deposit returns, as final decisions rest with landlords or agents.
11. Commercial Clients
The following additional terms apply to commercial clients:
• Service scope and schedule will be agreed in writing.
• Where no notice period is specified, 30 days’ written notice is required to terminate services.
• We reserve the right to suspend services immediately where payment is overdue.
11.1 Minimum Contract Term
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commercial agreements are subject to a minimum initial term of 3 months from the service start date.
During this period:
• The agreement may not be terminated without payment of the remaining contracted service value.
After the initial term, services continue on a rolling monthly basis unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
11.2 Automatic Price Review
We reserve the right to review and adjust commercial service pricing annually to reflect:
• Increases in labour costs
• Inflation
• Changes in supply costs
• Changes in service scope
Clients will receive at least 30 days’ written notice of any price adjustment.
If the revised rate is not accepted, the client may terminate before the new rate takes effect.
11.3 Personal Guarantee
Where services are provided to a limited company, partnership or other corporate entity, we reserve the right to require a personal guarantee from a director or authorised representative.
Where a personal guarantee is provided, the guarantor agrees to be jointly and severally liable for all sums due.
12. Non-Payment & Debt Recovery
If payment is not received by the due date:
• We reserve the right to suspend services immediately without notice.
• All outstanding sums become immediately due.
• Any discounts previously applied may be withdrawn.
• We may recover reasonable administrative, legal and collection costs incurred in pursuing outstanding debts.
The client agrees to indemnify Let’s Clean for reasonable recovery costs.
13. Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
For commercial clients only:
We reserve the right to charge:
• Statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
• Fixed statutory compensation per overdue invoice
• Reasonable debt recovery costs
Interest accrues daily from the due date until payment is received in full.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to this:
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the service provided.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, fragile items not disclosed, or items not securely fixed.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, supply disruption or government restrictions.
16. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
